I met Bob Bennett, former CLO with FedEx, this past year at a Corporate Learning Conference in San Jose, and we instantly hit it off. Our beliefs turned out to be pretty similar as far as leadership is concerned, and we have emailed back and forth ever since. I became enamored with his simple and practical words around teams and leadership.
