Executive Presence Coach Offers Workshop Bootcamp February 11 & 12 for Business Professionals a

Executive presence is ruling business decisions and it's showing up in full force these days. As a talent expert and coach, I know this firsthand. I was in Corporate America for over 20 years working with leaders and high potential talent. The most talented people who were right for the job weren't always the ones getting the opportunities, and I set out to learn why so I could do something about it.

I spent time digging deeply into research, talking to people on both sides of the decision-making process, and creating experimental programs to perfect the right "success formulas. When I started my own consulting firm, this phenonemon of executive presence was even more prevelant than I imagined as I worked with clients in all types of business settings. As a result, I opened The School of Executive Presence™, and also became an author on the topic. Bottom line, I have figured out what it means and what it takes to show up in a way that you are seen, heard, VALUED, and celebrated so you can impact the business in a meaningful way.

Executive Presence is an inside out process. You need time, support, and tools to develop your unique presence in the business world. The school is the first of its kind to offer 12-month mastermind coaching programs, virtual programs, 1:1 coaching, and bootcamps.

We are currently offering a 2-day intensive bootcamp for business people who are on a mission and believe there's a role to be stepped into. The bootcamp offers a day of building executive presence, and a second day of social agility in meetings with a segment on executive presentations. The session seats are limited so that participants can get personal and small group coaching throughout the event to deal with specific areas of presence.

If you are interested in attending the bootcamp, get the detailed agenda and register here at http://www.schoolofep.com/#!events/xt7gh.

FYI: We are now taking applications and enrolling for the 2016 School of Executive Presence. Learn more now in this on demand 20 minute webinar.
